Macros and Nutrition Info

These are estimated macros.

I work diligently to get things as close as possible. I'm Type A plus and precision is important to me. I'm also a bodybuilder and I know how important accurate macro tracking is.

I measure exact amounts of things like icing, filling, caramel that is added to each item and track meticulously. But I’m not a factory, I’m a human. That’s what makes my products worth your money, but it also limits macro precision. 

Please remember The FDA allows food companies wide latitude in the accuracy of the calories listed on package labels—20 percent in either direction. So, while I'm not perfect, I can be absolutely confident my macros are closer than most commercial food labels.
